As ever, we welcome you to share our recommendations with your friends, clients and colleagues.

IDEAS WORTH SHARING

Staying True to Ourselves – Interrupting the Algorithm

A timely reflection along with a simple practice from Mobius Friend Shani Lehrer.  Our anxiety about a world with artificial intelligence may be misdirected — the real trust crisis is not in the machine, but in the humans feeding it. Shani names AI as our most honest mirror, amplifying whatever we bring to it — fear or courage, ego or sovereignty. In this TEDx talk, she shares her method for staying true to who you are as you engage with the algorithms (be it a quick ask to a chatbot or significant help refining a speech), so we can be trustworthy stewards for AI to emulate and amplify the best of our humanity.

Regenerative Leadership Revised

Exploring the Biology of Transformation

In this simple yet profound piece, our friend Anja Driesmans asks: What happens when the people responsible for transformation are themselves running out of life force? This contemplation reminds us that while we cannot create a living future from a depleted state, regeneration is not something we need to invent – life knows how to achieve this, if only we stop interrupting the process.

REV_Paul Dunion Psych Today

On the Roots of Self-Reliance

In this recently published article, Dr Paul Dunion, Mobius Master Transformational Faculty, examines how we develop self-trust. Borrowing from experiments that rely on a twin set of beliefs – that we can trust someone else when we believe that they will tell us the truth and that they will be kind to us, he encourages us to lend the same approach to ourselves. In doing so, we bring greater wisdom to how we understand other people, places, and events in the world. The piece offers three exercises to deepen self-trust, along with the invitation to commit to self-trust as a psycho-spiritual practice.

Leadership's Blind Spot in the Age of AI

Featured deep read: This ambitious piece is well worth a slow read to absorb the depth of what Mobius Senior Expert and Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School Otto Scharmer describes and, even more vitally, recommends to leaders everywhere: alongside harnessing AI, we must make a parallel investment in what he calls “deep sensing infrastructure.” In response to this article, Amy Elizabeth Fox posted a short follow on piece exploring what deep sensing infrastructure means in practice.

FEATURED INSPIRATION

sm_THOMAS HUEBL QUOTE (7)

Michael Meade and Mobius Master Transformational Faculty member Dr Thomas Huebl explore what it means to live in the space between the world we have lost and the world that has not yet arrived. We found this clip from their conversation a deeply encouraging reminder to us all.

Leading in Chaos: A Series of Seven Online Sessions with Nicholas Janni & Amy Elizabeth Fox
        Online
        : From
        September – December 2026

We warmly invite you to join us for an exploration of the key themes of our new book, Leading in Chaos. We both passionately believe that this is the time to urgently re-vision leadership. Inner development based on trauma-informed perspectives, spiritual awakening and the return to Love, is the priority now. What does this look like for leaders and organisational cultures to steward a new future? Many leaders and practitioners are themselves oversaturated by information, disoriented by rapidly changing conditions and heartbroken by the escalating levels of violence and cruelty on the world stage. We gather together with a sense of conviction that the possibilities of renewal, restoration and renaissance at this time are pregnant and urgent. If this call resonates with you, we hope you will join us for this gathering of a global community of practice. Each two-hour session will include authors' input, poetic and pragmatic, experiential exercises/meditations, and dialogue. Register here
